What does safeguarding means for Bedari?
At Bedari, we are committed to zero tolerance against sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse. One of the most important pillars of safeguarding is our anti sexual harassment policy at workplace. This policy provides a framework within which all Bedari employees & vendors perform their duties and regulate their conduct. Bedari believes that all employees and stakeholders have the right to be treated with dignity.

Anyone (including Bedari’s vendors and people we work with) can raise a concern or make a complaint without fear of retribution to Bedari about something they have experienced or witnessed.
