The success of cake and pastry baking at the domestic level encouraged Sadia to consider bakery on a larger scale. She discussed the idea with her family. She said I discussed the idea with my mother. Because I have learned in the EYW training that woman should be empowered and involved in family decision making. Her mother said this is a good idea to start a home base business. With the help of her father and brother, she managed to bake work and take orders on a phone call; sadia saved money and started a boutique at the home level with some dresses.
