Samina Afzal is a women rights activist. She is a motivated and creative individual, with 8 years’ experience in the development sector in different roles and capacities. She has worked in multiple projects funded by local as well as international donors. Hailing from a remote village of Punjab’s district Sahiwal, Samina has been fortunate to work with FAFEN, Oxfam, The Malala Fund as project coordinator & Manager with Bedari.
During her professional life, she successfully implemented projects regarding women empowerment. She organized youth and staff training, district level cultural events, conducted surveys and executed advocacy campaigns. Samina has devoted herself for women empowerment and played her active role in mass mobilization through her work in parallel theatre.
